Topic: Event Notification

I am wondering if it would be possible to have either an email or SMS notification x minutes or x hours the day the event takes place.  In looking at the SMS option in the settings, I don't see where this would be available and as far as I know, the email notification is sent using the cron option.

Hi There,

No, that's not possible. Email notifications are sent directly when adding / editing an event and the "Send email now" check box is checked, or via the cron job, which runs once a day (early in the morning).
