I found another site for Canada that is doing a similar project to what I am doing. sad

I think the big difference might be I'm going to be actively promoting it. Here is a link to their calendar for my home city, London. http://canadaeventscalendar.ca/events/london.phtml

They have a share function which is free and would be nice if could be added to LuxCal events (I can do it on the web page no problem, they have it on the event).

Here is an event, http://canadaeventscalendar.ca/events/london.phtml?ac=viewday&&EventDate=2012-12-8#21082

In the top right corner is the "Share" which you can get here. https://www.addthis.com/get/sharing?frm=hp#.UNhZAXfhfIk

Just a thought.

Hmmm, I can not see the site.  I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method: db_error->query() in /home/canadaev/config/lib/calendar.class.php on line 888

A couple of days ago it worked, now I get the same error.
Dan, did you sabotage the competitor's site?

Hi Roel,

I started getting the same error after I posted the message here.

No Roel I didn't do anything to their site. I would certainly hope no one else did and that they are just working on some updates.

Competition is good, it gives people something to compare too and strive for. At one point, WordPerfect, Lotus 123 and Yahoo were the standards,. then came Word, Excel, Google and now Bing.

I haven't checked in a few diays, I hope they have things fixed.

I also noticed we can't edit our messages any longer?
