Hello,

Most know the "?" is for help. Most sites use a magnifying glass for search or the word. The "Triangle" threw me for a loop. Can it be changed or can I easily edit the code to change it to the word "Search" since the words "Log in" and "Print" are used?

The + sign for adding an event isn't as bad, I would like to change that to "Add" or "Add Event" too if I can.

Thanks
Dan

Hi Dan,
On mouse-over the buttons are explained wink

See post Changing the Search Button Label

In the same way, on line 89 you will find the + sign and on line 91 the ? mark. Replace  +  for instance by Add Event and  ?  by Help.

We tried to keep the width of the buttons on the navigation bar as small as possible because we're running out of space when the calendar is embedded via an iframe with a limited width.

Hi Roel,

Thanks, I understand. It's a shame instead of a triangle shape they don't have a magnifying shape or symbol.

I'll check out the "Changing the Search Button Label.

I've implemented a change which gives the calendar admin the option to choose between buttons with texts or buttons with icons.
So if the calendar is used full-screen, buttons with text can be used and if the calendar is embedded with a limited width, buttons with icons can be used.
I've also added two admin settings which can be used to enable/disable the Todo list button and Upcoming list button respectively.

Tested in both FF and IE9. Works fine in both.

One odd item, FF and IE don't want to remember my user id and password even though it is check to remember. My regular browser is FF and I was going direct, not from an iframe.

I'm not sure about FF and IE not wanting to remember your user ID. I had the same before once which was probably caused by the fact that I am running several calendars at the same time and the cookie used to remember the user for each of the calendars has the same name.
In the mean time (a minute ago) I think I've fixed this problem.
