Hi there,

I could not reproduce this problem.
Please give me some more details:
1. What rights have been given to the public user?
2. Did you log out in the last session before the session where you edit an event?
3. When the problem occurs, is your name displayed in the top bar on the right side?
4. Could you send me the url of your calendar, so that I can do some tests?

hello Roel,

I had this issue fixed by updating my php.ini register_globals to off! thanks for your time again much appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks for letting s know.
Register_globals are deprecated in PHP 5.3.0 and will be removed in the future. So in the future the issue will automatically be solved.

This is the same problem as described here:

Fixing register_globals is the answer. Thanks, myluxcal1123!
