Hi, i am looking for a way to use the calendar(also) offline, for example on mobile devices (sync with the server if online again).
Is there any solution?

I dont want to use external services such as Google, etc...,

Hi Daric,

The only thing the LuxCal calendar offers is a periodic function, which can be enabled in the admin settings, to export a daily iCal (.ics) file with the calendar changes. This file should be loaded by your mobile device when it's online.

Ok thank you, this is not optimal.

But Roel, an android app would be a dream wink
Doesn't need to be 4free, many users would buy it for about ~ 5 €
Do you think it would be possible in the future?

Hi Daric,

If I do it, it will be for free wink
But I've no experience yet with producing android apps.
I agree it would be very useful. It's maybe time to teach myself a bit of android programming.

Hi Roel,

Mobile appears to be the way things are going which is why so many websites are becoming mobile friendly and new websites are being built to be mobile friendly from the beginning.

It is great having LuxCal mobile friendly so I can access it with my phone. Having an Android app for LuxCal might be a good thing to have but I don't know. Having Android programming skills might not be a bad thing even excluding LuxCal.

Kind regards,
Dan
