Hi there,
I'm not sure I understand what you mean sad
When using the Search function, in the header of the search result it displays "Occurring between <start-date> - <end-date>".
Is that not what you want?
Please give us some more details . . .

So, the aim is a search function who can show all data in DB.

1. The user put the start and end date.
2. in the text field on the top *
3. the search fuction show him all events in this time.

Ok, understood.
A minor software change is required, but it's an easy one.
Which LuxCal version are you using?

Edit the file pages/search.php and change line 107 . . .
from
if (strlen(str_replace('_', '', $schText)) < 2) { return $xx['sch_invalid_search_text']; }
to
if ($schText and strlen(str_replace('_', '', $schText)) < 1) { return $xx['sch_invalid_search_text']; }

( so just adding "$schText and " after the first bracket )

That's all. Now, if you leave the search text field blank or enter just a &, all events will be shown in the selected category and time bracket.

I like this possibility and will add it to the next LuxCal release.
