Hi,

Is it posible in the popup display the date i choose?

http://www.luxsoft.eu/luxcal/
http://www.luxsoft.eu/luxcal/index.php?lc&xP=10&mode=edit&eid=52866&evD=2015-08-04

sample , when click on  11 aug 2015 display in popup
Date / time: 04.08.2015 @ 20.00 - 21.30

It's the first date of the range, instead of the selected date, which for me is not logical...

Thanks for help,
Frans

Hi Frans,

I think you've got a point here.

For repeating events, its more logical to display the date selected by the user, rather than the first date of the range.
I've already updated the demo calendar on this website and this change will be included in the next LuxCal version.

If you want to change this yourself, then edit the file pages/eventreport.php and change line 17 from . . .
<tr><td>{$xx['evt_date_time']}:</td><td>{$sda}";
to . . .
<tr><td>{$xx['evt_date_time']}:</td><td>".IDtoDD($evD);

Hi Roel,

Thanks for help.
For the moment make something like:

Code:

$evD_eu = new DateTime($evD);
echo "<tr><td colspan='2'><hr></td></tr>
    <tr><td>{$xx['evt_date_time']}:</td><td>";
echo $evD_eu->format('d-F-Y');

So i haven one date format.

Regards,
frans

Hi Frans,

Oh yes, sorry, forgot to convert the ISO date format to the format specified on the admin's Settings page.
It can be done slightly easier and more flexible (date format specified by admin) than shown in your code snippet:

Code:

<tr><td>{$xx['evt_date_time']}:</td><td>".IDtoDD($evD);

I've also changed the code in my first post (for possible other users).

Hi,

Now we are talking about date and  time, it seemed to me useful when behind the time a sign as u or uur  could be put,
For example, for Dutch  time format is  (13.00u  or 13.00uur).
I could hard-coding  this but then appears the u or uur  also in the calender , even if no event is placed.(then is must make a snippet for tthis).

Maybe something into a language file,,and a script check  if a event is present............and display the u or uur.
Regards,

Frans
