Hi Roel,

On April 21st Google made a big announcement regarding websites that are mobile friendly. I see LuxCal is somewhat mobile friendly but some of the buttons get lost including the login.

Have you given any thought or have plans on making LuxCal fully mobile friendly and responsive?

Regards,
Dan

Hi Dan,

You're right, the calendar could do much better on mobile devices. I will have a close look at Google Developers and see if I can improve things without too dramatic changes.

Results of the Google Developers "mobile friendliness" test:
User experience score: 61 out of 100 (3 rules out of 5 to be improved)
Speed score: 85 out of 100 (1 rule out of 10 to be corrected / 2 rules out of 10 to be improved)

Not too bad, but certainly room for improvement.
A couple of things that certainly need to be improved:
- Font size
- Button distances
- Viewport
Of course user suggestions are always welcome.

Regards,
Roel

Hi Roel,

A lot of websites are being developed using Bootstrap, I wonder if it might be a solution? http://getbootstrap.com/

I am currently trying to create a responsive theme in the month view, (file: views/month.php.php)

This requires, first I `insolate`the vars.
I want to make it into a list and then work out

1 date
Event1
Event2
-------------------
2 date
Event1
-----------------
e.g.

I made a calendar this way but not with the LuxCal script, this script is outdated and has no fine repeat function , so i wil no use the LuxCal script.
