Hi there,
1. This is the most complicated one; I will deal with this later (I will try tomorrow)
2. All date formats are fully flexible and can be defined on the admin's Settings page, under Dates/Times
3. File css/css.php. All 'table.mgrid' and 'table.grid' styles which define a width or a height (lines 103 - 115)

Hello KKi,

I don't know if you just want to know 1) how to set up the calendar with date format  dd.mm.yyyy, or 2) that you are modifying the software and want to know how to make dates in the format dd.mm.yyyy.
I happen to know both, so I will tell you both wink
1) On the admin's Settings page, under Dates/Times, set "Event date format" (first setting) to "d.m.y". That's all.
2) In the file toolbox.php, starting on line 53 you will find a function called "IDtoDD" (ISO Date to Display Date), which converts an ISO format date to a date formatted according to the second parameter. For instance . . .
$isoDate = '2016-01-31';
$myDate = IDtoDD($isoDate,'d.m.y');

Now $myDate contains "31.01.2016".

I hope this is what you are looking for.
