Hi Frans,
In the LuxCal calendar there is a possibility to add (small) images to the calendar, which appear in the calendar popup box and on various calendar pages.
How to add an image to an event is described in the Event window in the "help" text on the left side of the Description field.
If you add for instance the following text to the description field of the event . . .

This description field contains a thumbnail image: september.jpg
It's my favorite thumbnail image.

. . . then you will see a thumbnail image when hovering the event on the month view page.

Is this what you are looking for?

Hell Roel and Frans,

It's there but not overly intuitive. Depending on the user it isn't easy to add an image and it requires it be on the server, or at least that is the way it appears to me in the help text.

So many users are use to simply copying and pasting a url in or uploading an image from their computer that is what they are looking for.

As an example, to include this image I had to upload it to my website so I could enter the url.
